Michael Venticinque
Michael is the CSC CODECE Program Manager. Prior to joining CSC, he worked for 8 years with the New Mexico Farmers Marketing Association. For 20+ years before that he was in grocery retail and was an area manager with 38 stores. In 2017, he made the shift to the local food system here in New Mexico. He not only wanted to support farmers but wanted to help provide nutrient-dense foods into local communities. He is a certified Food Safety trainer for the approved supplier program at the New Mexico Grown program. In 2020, he became a USDA internal Gap auditor. In 2020, through the University of Nebraska, he became a certified HACCP writer.
