Alejandra Gamon
Hello! My name is Alejandra Gamon and I am the executive assistant at New Mexico Doula Association. I am a first generation Mexican-American born and raised in Albuquerque. I am currently a freshman at the University of New Mexico studying Psychology. I would like to become a Psychologist once I finish school.
The New Mexico Doula Association is an inclusive, birth-justice focused organization that works to make doula care accessible everywhere in New Mexico. I joined NMDA in January 2022 and I help out the executive director, Melissa Marie Lopez. The Center of Southwest Culture has been super supportive of our work and I am excited to be working there!
