Chasity Salvador

Chasity Salvador is a member of the CODECE farming program technical staff. She is a member of Acoma Pueblo and is a graduate of Stanford University, where she completed her BA in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. Chasity is a scholar, writer, and organizer on Pueblo women in agriculture, and Indigenous food and seed sovereignty. She completed a certificate program in Indigenous Sustainable Community Design; is a certified full spectrum doula; and is completing her certification as a licensed massage therapist. She has been actively farming for the past decade at Acoma Pueblo with her father and grandfather, and in cooperation with other Acoma farmers.
