Our Staff

Arturo Sandoval, president and founder, has 40 years experience in media, public relations, fund development and organizational development. He has worked as an award-winning print journalist, television news anchor and news photographer.
In addition, he:

  • has provided organizational development services to community-based organizations, large companies and government, nationally and internationally
  • is founder and president of a communications and organizational development consulting firm with national and international clients.

Sandra Lara, Program Manager, earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Texas and her M.A. in History from Texas Woman's University. She is currently earning a Ph.D. in History at the University of New Mexico. She previously worked at Harcourt, Inc. as a test developer and a clinical sampler.

Jane Kennedy has been involved in nonprofit fundraising and marketing communications since 1978. She started her own consulting business nearly 20 years ago, after holding director-level positions in membership and development at nonprofit organizations in the Boston area for many years. Working with a wide range of nonprofit organizations—from cultural and educational to human services—her hands-on approach assists nonprofits in areas such as prospect research, corporate/foundation relations, proposal writing, annual appeal, marketing communications, public relations, membership programs, and volunteer management. She has served on boards and advisory committees for several Massachusetts nonprofits. Another facet of her work involves writing, editing and design projects for nonprofits, businesses and individuals. Ms. Kennedy holds a C.S.S. in Administration and Management from Harvard University Extension and a B.A. from Newton College of the Sacred Heart, as well as a Certificate in Print Design, Process and Production from Rhode Island School of Design. She currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
